Our story

PCSS logo_edited_edited.png

We provide environmentally conscious clean up services by removing trash, and a variety of customized services for outside of our standard service.

We provide a service at multiple levels for this community. On the outside we will provide trash removal services for the community but also at the same time provide teachable moments for the skillset of community service and customer service to our teenagers. We hope to increase the need for more teens to join up as demand increases giving our youth something to do between school sessions and during their summer vacations.

This is an opportunity to order service or work for our community. We hire 13 years old and above and you do not need experience to join up. We take hires and volunteers alike. The company will only provide pay compensation for 16 years and above and we have every intention of observing any local child labor laws.

Adam J Gutierrez

Adam spent more than 20 years building successful small / start up business models and during the same time learning and training in systems engineering and development. He has build website, web apps, mobile apps and interfaces, cloud API, computer systems and mobile devices, network engineering, and server development systems. Furthermore, spent his off time building technology to support business solutions for small businesses to fortune 500 corporations. He has experience in legal accounting and taxes.

In this business he has developed a for-profit business model that will sustain itself in any community that finds value in raising their young to serve their community. Since the model is a general construct its structure leaves much room for growth and development for the community to mold by demand over time.

Noemi Herrera

Noemi Herrera has been an elementary school teacher for many years and when she heard this company was providing our teens assistance in work opportunity she showed up. Though her position will be mainly administering the company's securities she will be spending some time supervising our lucky volunteers out in the field. She loves working with children and though retired from teaching she cannot wait to join the effort to show our children how to establish a great work ethic before joining the real workforce of Casa Grande, AZ.
